CANCELATION POLICY

Cancelations made with less than 48 hours notice will be charged 50% of the booked appointment value.

No-shows or day of appointment cancelations will be charged 100% of the booked appointment value.

This includes rescheduling to another date.

When rescheduling to another date, your cancelation fee is NOT put towards that appointment.

Last minute changes/cancelations in reserved appointment services will also be subject to a cancelation fee.

Failure to provide cancelation fee, repetitive cancelations, rescheduling, or no-shows may result in future services being declined.

Please understand I am a 100% commission based small business. These policies are here to protect how I make a living, and to be able to accommodate my clients best. When canceling under 48 hours, it severely limits my ability to offer that time to another client.

Text and e-mail confirmations are sent out upon booking, reminder texts 48 hours prior to appointment, and check in texts 15 minutes before appointment. Please confirm and respond to these as they help me keep everything streamlined!

LATE POLICY

Please call or text me if you’re running late, and be aware that arrival of 15 minutes or later may result in your services for the day being canceled or modified, and cancelation fees may apply.

ADJUSTMENTS

My intention is for you to always love your hair and experience. However if adjustments need to be made, please contact me within 7 days of initial appointment. Adjustments within the parameters of original goal are complimentary - complete changes are not. I do not offer refunds.

SERVICE REFUSAL

I reserve the right to refuse service to any client at any time.
